Getting your message across effectively in today’s fast paced media savvy society is absolutely crucial.

 

However, many people’s worst fear is being interviewed on either radio or television.

 

At Tower Pictures, we run a 1-day course to equip you to deal with the most difficult media interviews and help you present a positive image. 

 

Rather than a generic “one size fits all” approach, we tailor this course to your specific situation.

 

The day will be run by one of three very experienced broadcast journalists, currently working within the industry, and will help the participants to:

• Understand what makes a news story
• Handle difficult interview situations
• Present a positive image
• Understand the ABC method of answering a question

The course covers an interview for print, a radio interview, a studio TV interview and a doorstep soundbite interview.

 

Using broadcast television camera equipment, microphones and lights, we create the authentic experience so you know exactly what to expect.

 

We will also cover crisis management and introduce the “three R’s” technique.

 

This course is run for 4-5 delegates and can be hosted either at your offices, or we can arrange a local conference facility.  Following the course, you will be sent a DVD of all the recorded TV interviews.
