Producing a Corporate Video: the process

1. Initial consultation

The first stage is consultation with you – listening to what you want to achieve.  You may already have a definite idea or this may be your first ever film project.  If you are unsure of how to proceed, don’t worry we will take you through the entire process step by step.

There is no charge for this first meeting with you to discuss a project.

2. Pre-production – the planning and creative bit

Formulating creative content and new approaches is one of our biggest strengths.  From years of experience we know what works and what doesn’t, enabling us to cut straight to ideas that we know will work visually.

We will help you to develop a script that works.

If the film requires a voice-over artist, actors or a presenter, we have many professional contacts throughout the industry that we can use.

By the end of this stage, the script will be finalised and agreed, a shooting schedule will be drawn up and a date set for the shoot.

3. Production – the shoot

This is where the planning all comes together and we really welcome your involvement at this stage.

It is important that we show safe working practices so it might be useful to have your health and safety representative involved.

However much you plan, circumstances can change or an opportunity might suddenly arise.  We are extremely adaptable and will make the most out of any situation.

4. Post-production – the edit

Everything starts to take shape now.  The ‘rushes’ from the shoot will be edited with music, graphics and voiceover added as necessary.  We will then give you a copy for approval.

We are confident that you will be more than happy with the result having had input from the start.  You will however still have the opportunity to make some minor changes to the edit at this stage if you feel they are necessary.

If we are authoring a DVD for you, we will now build your menu and navigation buttons from a simple 'play' button to a full featured DVD with subtitles and motion menus.

5. Delivery

Your video is now complete.  We can deliver it to you in a variety of formats including  tape for broadcast, DVD or as a file for your web designer.

If multiple DVD copies with artwork and full colour inserts are required, we can provide that too.

Do call or email us to discuss your requirements on 07802 267154 or email [email protected]
